The debut studio album by American rock band Linkin Park, Hybrid Theory was released under Warner Bros label on 24 October, 2000. The album was primarily wriiten by the lead vocalist, Chester Bennington. Lyrically, the album touches upon the themes of drug abuse, the constant fighting and divorce of his parents and other experiences Chester went through during his adolescence.
