Shipping & Return Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Shipping
We understand the urge of receiving your shipment ASAP. That’s why, the team will make it our priority to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
Shipping time will vary depending on when you place the order(Weekday/Weekend) and how accessible your location is for delivery. Typically, Shipping and delivery can take anywhere between 48 hours to 7 working days depending on your location.
Return
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on requesting a return or replacement.
Return
We only accept returns for items that are received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product has been delivered.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us by email at info@onthejunglefloor.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
If your return request is approved, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and any documentation included with the order.
Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Sale or discounted items, gift cards, personalized products, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email info@onthejunglefloor.com. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

All vinyl records sold by us are manufactured by third parties and resold by ON THE JUNGLE FLOOR LLP. Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following:
- A replacement for the item;
- A refund to your original method of payment;
- Store credit; or
- Another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
General
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
