THE DOORS - MORRISON HOTEL

Largely seen as a return to self after using brass and string arrangements in The Soft Parade (1969), Morrison Hotel by the Doors features the blues rock style. \n \nThe Doors recorded this with Elektra Sound Recorders in LA in the November of 1969 as two separate titles — Hard Rock Café and Morrison Hotel. Pioneers of blues rock guitar Lonnie Mack and Ray Neapolitan were sessions bassists during the making of this record. \n \n
