On the 13th of April, we returned to celebrate vinyl culture at Record Store Day, hosted by On the Jungle Floor and The Courtyard Community. Record Store Day 2025 delivered a one-of-a-kind experience that united collectors, audiophiles, and music lovers under one roof.

From the moment the gates opened, the energy was undeniable. Crates upon crates of records—spanning genres, eras, and moods, inviting eager diggers to lose themselves in sonic discovery.  The space buzzed with excitement as folks connected over music, discoveries, and the joy of analog.

Beyond the vinyl, the day came alive with our incredible collaborators. From @drinkgeist’s craft brews and @wineinprogressblr’s curated wine bar to @23rdstreet_pizza’s fresh slices and @subkocoffee, every flavor hit just right. For a cool-down under the summer sun, @theperficecandy delivered perfectly chilled popsicles, all vegan and all natural.

Upstairs at Subko’s Ajji House, the Analog Market offered a curated showcase of finest creative: @generaltiems, @pressworks, @lurumag, and @pretikamenon. Each brought their own artistry and vision to the space, offering a unique mix of design, print, and culture.

On the decks, our selectors, @dj_uri_scratch, @maddwax, and @onthejunglefloor spun a genre-hopping journey of funk, hip-hop, world grooves, and deep cuts—all on wax. Mixing deep cuts, jazzy vibes, and experimental sounds, creating an immersive journey that kept the dance floor alive.

Record Store Day 2025 was all about vinyl lovers coming together to celebrate the analog experience. It was a day of fresh drops, hidden gems, and a shared love for the music that brings us all together.
